Avoid These Common Scams At All Cost!
There
are a number of scams online, and if you buy into them, you will throw
away your money FAST. Below are four common scams that I'd highly
recommend you stay away from, because they typically are NOT what they seem:
Get Rich Fast Scams
It seems like get rich fast scams are everywhere you look: on
television, in the magazines, the newspapers, and...all over the
internet. If you think that there are quick and easy ways to earn
money online, you are not going to like what you are about to hear:
Earning money takes hard work in any business. Don't count on getting rich fast, because it simply isn't going to happen.
If you have fallen for one of these get rich fast scams, you are not
alone - many people have gotten burned by these kinds of scams at some
point. The great thing is that most people learn from their
mistakes...
Here is something to think about: chances are, if it sounds to good to
be true, it is. If you see anything that you can earn easy money,
do not believe it. Simply put, free rides to success do not happen.
Paid Surveys Scams
You have probably seen advertisements which claim that you can earn
$150 per hour by completing paid surveys online. Sorry to burst
your bubble, but if it was REALLY this easy to make $150 per hour,
EVERYONE would be doing it!
The vast majority of people who are able to earn money taking paid
surveys are most likely earning less than $50 a month, and are probably
earning less than $5 per hour. Since many paid surveys programs charge
about $50 to join, don't count on making a profit during your first
month. If you are considering paying money to take paid surveys, do
your self a favor and don't waste your money!
Home Tying Scams
People were flushing their hard earned dollars down the toilet on home
typing programs with the false perception that all one needed to do to
make massive amounts of money online was to " just type in data from
home" Easy, right?. WRONG...
The fact of the matter is that no one is going to pay you massive
amounts of money to simply enter data into a computer. While
there are some legitimate data entry jobs at real business, they pay
usually doesn't exceed $12 per hour, and you usually can't work these
jobs from home.
Network Marketing Scams
Lots of people have been burned by a network marketing
"opportunity". Many of these offers seem legitimate because of
testimonies and other factors that give them credibility. The pitches
go something like this:
"Join hundreds of others who have profited from this venture - you could be the next millionaire!".
The fact of the matter is that the only people who usually earn a
significant amount of money in a network marketing scam are those who
start it (and maybe a few others who miraculously made it the top
level). Hundreds of network marketing programs have actually been
removed from the internet because they were fraudulent businesses.
This doesn't mean that ALL network
marketing companies are scams, as there honest network marketing
companies out there, but before you shell out scams to join one, please
be sure to do your research to make sure you do not get scammed.
